No. SewTrack is a phone app designed specifically for tailors, not for computer experts. Our agent comes to your shop, sets everything up, and shows you how to use it step by step. Most tailors are fully comfortable using the app on their own within the first visit.
SewTrack is built to work with limited connectivity. You can add customers and save measurements even when offline. The app syncs everything automatically when your internet connection becomes available. This was designed specifically for Nigerian market conditions.
Yes. Your customer data belongs only to your shop. SewTrack never shares it with other tailors or third parties. All your measurements and records are securely backed up. Even if your phone breaks or is lost, everything is safely stored and recoverable.
Your data is never deleted. If your subscription expires, you can still view all your existing customers and measurements. You simply cannot add new ones until you renew. There is also a 5-day grace period after each renewal date before any restrictions apply.
SewTrack is currently active in Kano and Lagos. We are expanding to more cities across Nigeria very soon. If you are outside these cities, join the waitlist with your location and our team will contact you as soon as we reach your area.
The app currently runs in English, which was chosen so every tailor across Nigeria can use it easily. Hausa language support is actively being developed and will be available as an option in a future update. WhatsApp notification templates in Hausa are already included.
